Norwegian and Italian are my home languages, English is the one I think and work in, and my Spanish is getting better every month. Switching languages means switching how you see things. Each one gives me a different way to frame a problem and read a room. It has taught me to listen closely, adapt fast, and see problems from multiple angles at once.

Learning a language is learning how to learn.
